I titolari della posizione saranno inseriti, con contratto di APPRENDISTATO, presso le strutture di Contact Unit, operanti in Milano. Svolgeranno attività di assistenza, cura e sviluppo della clientela ed in particolare:
- forniranno informazioni sui prodotti/servizi bancari offerti e sulla posizione del cliente;
- assisteranno la clientela per la soluzione di problematiche operative (es.: assistenza sull'utilizzo dell'internet banking);
- gestiranno operazioni bancarie specifiche (es.: disposizioni di pagamento e operazioni sui mercati finanziari);
- svolgeranno attività di sviluppo commerciale volte all'acquisizione di nuova clientela e alla fidelizzazione di quella già esistente.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia e Commercio / Giurisprudenza / Ingegneria Gestionale / Informatica / Lingue e Letterature Straniere / Matematica / Scienze Politiche / Scienze dell'Informazione / Scienze dell'Educazione e della Formazione / Scienze Internazionali e Diplomatiche / Scienze Statistiche / Scienze Sociali;
